Diskery has one programmer -- ME!

Diskery is not my only 'job' but it consumes a large part of my spare time and this needs to be understood when approaching me for your projects. The Diskery project will always be demanding my attention. Nonetheless, there are plenty of hours left in the day. My up-front apologies if this text comes across as harsh but in this commuinication I am trying to get to the point and not waste my and your time.

Qualifications? I am a full stack software developer with more than 25 years experience and know in excess of 23+ computer languages. University educated. I have worked for myself, as well as in start-ups, and large firms as well. I have worked in the muisic recording, broadcasting, software, hospitality, warehousing, information, and communications industries, as well as consulting.

Maturity, quality, experience, and professionalism is what I offer... and have for years. Try me out and judge for yourself.

Limitations? Taking a project is at my sole discretion (and I am known as "Mr. No"). But specifically, I am not interested in development for advertising, gambling, politics, promotion of hate or racism, sex or pornography, any company I feel is conducting immoral (or illegal) business within its industry or to clients, or any type of crypto-currency. Nor will I work for any competitor to Diskery, or that of my full-time employer (conflict of interest). English is my only language of communication. Furthermore, as previously noted I am not simply a web programmer, so if you are interested in a "quick and dirty" website, you might want to check out someone else. It is important to note that I may be under contract so my availability will vary.

Prices? To be negotiated: they depend on the nature of the project: it's time requirements, location, equipment/software needed, speed at which you want it done, etc. Regardless of your charity or economic status - sorry, there are no 'discounts'. Payment is in either Canadian Dollar (CA$) or United States Dollar (US$) currency. Special arrangements can be made for Euro or UK Pound Sterling; no other currency is recognized. There is no 'under the table' cash discounts. Payment up-front. All work is taxable and an invoice is issued.

Location? I work strictly remote. Not only do I work remote but I do not take a reduction in pay while doing so. These details are not negotiable, there are no exceptions, nor am I interested in debating the matter! I understand not all managers agree that this is the most efficient work method, nonetheless it is one I have been promoting for over 20 years and finally COVID gave the world the chance to try it. It works, it's very 21st century, it's fair, creates a better work-life balance, better for the environment, cost effective, reduces traffic congestion, and gives everyone the opportunity to work globally. Even though I am available globally there are restrictions on what projects and what countries I will conduct business in, these are based on personal politics but also the laws of where I reside, ask me for details.

FAQ? Please, let's dispense with the inevitable questions up-front: No, I will not give you the source code to Diskery. If you want a system like Diskery for your product or service, that is another matter. To do otherwise is illegal. A system like this, however, will be expensive to re-create -- And there is no way around it! Furthermore, I will not be violating copyright for any other request either. When you come to me, you own the work or have license to use it.
